本文主要论述了小型人工肺(亦称氧合器)的试制原理,特别是新型硅酸盐发泡板的研制、并对其主要参数进行了测试。经过对测试结果进行数学分析及计算机处理,表明其氧合性能良好,去沫满意,对血液破坏性较小。在60余例动物实验及20余例离体动物实验中,其各项血气指标均达到予期要求,为家兔等小型动物在心肺转流下进行心脏缺血保护、心脏外科手术及心脏移植的各项研究提供了比较方便的工具。
