试验选用玉米自交系四-4112、吉846及四-4112×吉846为试验材料,对其不同时期的灌浆速率进行分析。结果表明:不同时期灌浆速率自交系间有较大差异;吉846、四-4112和吉846×四-4112均在授粉后25d时灌浆速率达到高峰,但杂交组合的灌浆速率最大,四-4112×吉846的灌浆关键时期是从授粉后25d持续到50d,此阶段为杂交种生长的关键时期,玉米杂交组合应加强田间管理以及养分和水分供给,以确保高产。
In this experiment, maize inbred lines IV-4112, Ji 846 and Si-4112 × Ji 846 were selected as test materials, and their filling rates at different stages were analyzed. The results showed that there was a great difference in the filling rate between inbred lines at different periods. The highest filling rate reached the peak at 25d after pollination in Ji 846, Si -4112 and Ji 846 × Si -4112, but the filling rate of hybrid combinations was the highest, The key period of 4112 × Kat 846 is from 25 days after pollination to 50 days, which is the critical period for the growth of hybrids. The hybridization of corn should strengthen field management and nutrient and water supply to ensure high yield.
