心理健康是指有明显的人生奋斗目标,有高度的乐观主义精神,有较大的心理容量,能经得起各种困难、挫折、打击、逆境和不幸,能自我控制、自我调节,生活得轻松自如,幸福愉快。它的标准有以下几条:(1)感觉知觉尚好。人的心理活动认识事物都是从感觉、知觉开始的。视、听、嗅、触均应正常,知觉事物不发生错觉。(2)记忆良好。能记住重要的事情,不要人经常提醒。(3)思维健全敏捷。思维能力和表达能力比较强,说话不颠三倒四,分析问题解答问题清楚明了。
