目的探讨西伯利亚杏形态结构数值随不同海拔、不同纬度变化的规律;并对不同产区样本进行分类以研究不同居群间西伯利亚杏形态特征的差异。方法运用SPSS11.5软件进行偏相关分析、主成分分析及系统聚类分析。结果不同纬度、不同海拔,西伯利亚杏形态结构数值变化具有一定的规律,其中13个形态特征指标与纬度显著相关,4个形态特征指标与海拔显著相关。以50个居群样本的24个形态特征值进行主成分分析和聚类分析,获得了不同的聚类群,其形态特征具有显著性差异。结论海拔及纬度对西伯利亚杏形态特征分化的影响具有一定的规律性;不同产区的西伯利亚杏根据形态特征差异可分出不同的聚类群。
Aim To investigate the morphological changes of Siberian apricot with different altitudes and latitudes, and to classify the samples from different producing areas to study the morphological differences of Siberian apricots among different populations. Methods SPSS 11.5 software was used for partial correlation analysis, principal component analysis and cluster analysis. Results The morphological changes of Siberian apricot had some regularities at different latitudes and altitudes. Thirteen morphological traits were significantly correlated with latitude and four morphological traits were significantly correlated with altitude. The principal component analysis and clustering analysis were carried out on 24 morphological eigenvalues of 50 population samples, and different cluster groups were obtained with significant differences in morphological characteristics. Conclusion The altitude and latitude have certain regularity on the morphological differentiation of Siberian apricot. Different populations of Siberian apricot can separate different clusters according to their morphological differences.
