建设高素质的干部队伍是我们党历来十分重视的问题。江泽民同志在今年纪念“七·一”讲话中明确指出:“建设这样高素质的干部队伍,是保证我们党始终走在时代前列,经受住各种风险考验,领导全国人民把社会主义现代化事业不断推向前进的需要。”这也是事关我们党的基本路线一百年不动摇,顺利实现九五规划和2010年远景目标的一项长期而艰巨的任务。要保持民族地区的经济发展和社会稳定,建设一支高素质的干部队伍,应在以下几个方面有新的突破。 一、在思想观念上要有新的突破,以《讲话》为指导,不拘一格选人才
