分析了影响三腿虚拟轴机床工作空间形状和大小的因素 ,将满足工作空间要求的机床参数设计问题归结为三变量优化问题 ,采用遗传算法进行求解。运用该法可确定主要的机床参数 ,为机床的总体设计提供依据。
The factors influencing the shape and size of the work space of three-legged virtual axis machine tool are analyzed. The problem of machine parameter design that satisfies the work space requirement is reduced to the three-variable optimization problem, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem. The method can be used to determine the main parameters of the machine tool, providing the basis for the overall design of the machine tool.
