传统的钻进工艺要消耗大量的地表水,在干旱缺水地区钻探经常会遇到缺水问题。介绍了一种节水钻探新技术,论述了其工作原理,室内外试验表明该技术能够达到既大量节水又提高钻进效率的目的。在此基础上介绍了一种用于软-中硬岩层中回转冲击钻进的新型球体冲击器的结构、工作原理以及大幅度提高机械钻速并降低成本的试验效果。
Traditional drilling processes consume large amounts of surface water and drilling often encounters water shortages in arid and dry areas. A new water-saving drilling technology is introduced. Its working principle is discussed. Indoor and outdoor tests show that the technology can achieve both water saving and drilling efficiency improvement. On this basis, the structure, working principle and the experimental results of greatly improving the ROP and reducing the cost of a new type of ball impactor for rotary impact drilling in soft - medium hard rock formations are introduced.
