本文开发了一种新型保坍型聚羧酸系减水剂,采用丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚和多乙烯多胺等四种原料,通过先共聚后交联的方式合成出具有高保坍性能的聚羧酸系减水剂。该新型减水剂在预拌混凝土实际生产中可减少减水剂使用量、延长坍落度保持时间、保持混凝土力学强度,混凝土坍落度4小时降低不大于40mm,是一种新型高性能保坍减水剂。
