随着全球经济一体化进程的加快,市场经济对工商管理水平的要求逐步提升,对专业人才的需求越来越大,做好工商管理是提升经济管理水平最根本、有效的手段,直接关系到企业的经济效益。当前,工商系统人才培训方面存在较多的问题,因此,本文主要从人才培训的问题入手,分析其存在的原因,旨在优化人才培训办法,提高工商系统的管理。
