非智力因素的定义众说纷纭,本文对非智力因素的界定为智力因素之外的一切心理因素,狭义的非智力因素是指动机、兴趣、情感、意志和性格等。笔者从当前的大学生非智力因素发展现状出发,立足通过音乐教育在潜移默化中培养大学生非智力因素的发展。本文认为,高校的教育理念和教师的教育意识中只有认识到非智力因素的重要性,才能培养出全面的复合型应用人才,达到育人的真正目的。
There are many different definitions of non-intelligence factors. This article defines non-intelligence factors as all psychological factors except intellectual factors. Narrow non-intelligence factors refer to motivation, interests, emotions, will and personality. Based on the current situation of non-intelligence development of undergraduates, the author bases on the development of non-intelligence factors of undergraduates by means of music education. This paper argues that only by recognizing the importance of non-intellectual factors in the educational philosophy of colleges and universities and teachers’ educational awareness can we cultivate a comprehensive and complex applied talents and reach the real goal of educating people.
