自江苏首先实施计重收费后,安徽、河南、山东、青海、四川等省市,已经先后在部分收费公路上开展计重收费工作。目前我国实施计重收费的已有12个省区,另有4个省区正在试行,以后还会有10个省区陆续实施。计重收费政策可望从源头上堵死运输企业靠超载赚钱的生财之道,从而改变市场的需求,引发卡车市场的结构发生变化,推动卡车产品向重型化、轻量化方向发展。
