在整个测气地面流程中,油嘴管汇连接着测气上游设备和下游设备。在测气施工中,油嘴管汇上游压力和下游压力出现变化,产气量也会随之出现变化。所以,为了不延误施工周期、保证测气施工的一次成功率,需要实时监测油嘴管汇的上游压力和下游压力。本文以四口出现过冻堵现象的气井为例,通过对这四口气井在施工过程中出现冻堵时,油嘴管汇上游压力、下游压力和产气量的变化,来分析、总结和寻找出现冻堵现象时这三个数据的变化对应关系,再通过这些对应关系来寻找解决的办法和方案。
