EL-90型半煤岩掘进机在井下掘进巷道近1200m后升井拆检,发现行走部的履带销轴断裂达40条之多,占该机履带销轴总数量的37.7%。每条销轴均规律地断为4截,且断口未发生在两相邻履带板的滑移面上。尽管断裂后留在履带板内的销轴仍能保持履带的联接(图1),但由此而引起的履带节距增大,将影响正常的传动。
The semi-coal tunnel boring machine of EL-90 demolded a well after the underground tunnel approached 1200m and found that the number of crawler pins in the cruising section was up to 40, accounting for 37.7% of the total number of crawler pin of the aircraft. Each pin is regularly cut to 4 cuts, and the fracture does not occur on the slippery surfaces of two adjacent shoes. Although the pin retained in the track shoe after the break still maintains track coupling (Figure 1), the resulting increase in track pitch will affect normal drive.
