目的研究胡桃楸根、茎枝、叶和果等不同部位乙醇提取物的抗肿瘤作用及其强弱。方法采用荷H22肝癌实体瘤小鼠模型对胡桃楸不同部位的乙醇提取物进行了抗肿瘤作用的研究。以瘤重和抑瘤率为指标评价不同提取物的抗肿瘤作用,以免疫器官指数、外周血象和肝功能等指标评价不同提取物对荷瘤机体免疫功能和正常功能的影响。结果口服给药后胡桃楸不同部位乙醇提取物抗肿瘤作用有所不同,其中胡桃楸根(7.08 g·kg~(-1))、果(1.77 g·kg~(-1))、及叶(7.08 g·kg~(-1))的乙醇提取物有明显的抑瘤作用,抑瘤率分别为34.38%、32.81%和22.66%。腹腔注射环磷酰胺(0.03g·kg~(-1))的抗肿瘤作用虽然较好,但免疫抑制作用较强;胡桃楸根和果提取物未显示明显的免疫抑制作用。结论胡桃楸具有较好的抗肿瘤作用,同时明确了胡桃楸不同部位抗肿瘤作用的强弱,为进一步研究胡桃楸不同部位活性差异与化学成分差异的相关性奠定了基础。
Aim To study the antitumor effect and its strength of ethanol extracts from roots, stems, leaves and fruits of Juglans mandshurica. Methods The anti-tumor effect of ethanol extracts from different parts of Juglans mandshurica was studied using H22 hepatoma solid tumor-bearing mice model. The antitumor effects of different extracts were evaluated by tumor weight and tumor inhibition rate. The immune function and normal function of different extracts were evaluated by the index of immune organ, peripheral blood and liver function. Results The antitumor effects of ethanol extracts from different parts of Juglans mandshurica after oral administration were different. Among them, the contents of Juglans mandshurica root (7.08 g · kg -1), fruit (1.77 g · kg -1) (7.08 g · kg -1) ethanol extract had significant antitumor activity. The tumor inhibition rates were 34.38%, 32.81% and 22.66%, respectively. Intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide (0.03g · kg -1) showed good antitumor activity but good immunosuppressive effect. However, the extract from root and fruit of Juglans mandshurica did not show significant immunosuppression. Conclusion Juglans mandshurica has a good anti-tumor effect and clear antitumor effects of different parts of Juglans mandshurica, which lays the foundation for further study on the correlation between the differences in the activity and the chemical composition of Juglans mandshurica.
