空气钻井技术在川东北元坝区块陆相上部地层广泛应用,极大地提高了钻井速度,节约了钻井成本。但因受地质条件及井身结构的限制,在二开中完前须转换为常规钻井液钻进,为确保空气钻的提速成果,在分析空气钻后井壁失稳机理及总结前期经验教训的基础上,提出了元坝地区空气钻后气液转换新技术及转换工艺,并在现场应用中取得良好的效果。
Air drilling technology is widely used in the upper continental facies of the Yuanba block in northeastern Sichuan, which has greatly increased drilling speed and saved drilling costs. However, due to the limitation of geological conditions and well structure, it must be converted into conventional drilling fluid drilling before the second drilling. In order to ensure the achievement of speed raising of air drilling, after analyzing the instability mechanism of borehole wall after air drilling and summarizing the previous experience and lessons , Proposed a new technology and conversion process of gas-liquid after air drilling in Yuanba area, and achieved good results in field application.
