目前已研制出可膨胀割缝管与纤维水泥井下衬管系统,其目的是暂时保证井段的完整性,允许钻井作业继续通过更深的过压地层或枯竭地层。此衬管安装在以前安装的套管下面,并保证井眼直径变化很小或没有变化。这种技术不用某种技术套管或应急套管而达到降低成本目的。尤其在高温高压井的井身结构设计中可以发挥更大的作用。本文介绍上述技术及安装方法和评价程序。重点叙述在欧洲和美国陆上和海上的现场试验。
Inflatable kerf and fiber cement downhole systems have been developed to ensure the integrity of the well section temporarily and to allow drilling operations to continue through deeper overpressured or depleted formations. This liner is installed under a previously installed casing and ensures little or no change in borehole diameter. This technique achieves cost reduction without the use of a technical casing or emergency casing. Especially in high temperature and high pressure well structure design can play a greater role. This article describes the above techniques and installation methods and evaluation procedures. Highlights field trials on land and sea in Europe and the United States.
