为使所建道路技术可靠、经济合理,将价值工程理念引入到路面结构决策中。首先依据山东省近十年的国省道调研资料,建立不同交通水平和沥青层厚度下国省道沥青路面使用性能模型参数,以此为基础提出了道路使用功能的评价方法;然后对一定分析期内路面的初始投资、日常养护、中修费用进行了分析,以寿命周期费用方法计算一定分析期内的经济投入;最后以轻交通和中等交通为例,使用价值工程方法对6~10 cm沥青层厚度的道路使用功能和费用进行了计算比较,结果表明轻交通时8 cm厚沥青面层的价值最大,中等交通时10 cm厚沥青面层价值最大。
In order to make the road construction technology reliable, economical and reasonable, the concept of value engineering will be introduced into the road structure decision-making. First of all, based on the research data of the provincial and provincial highways in Shandong Province in recent ten years, the parameters of asphalt pavement performance under different traffic levels and asphalt layer thicknesses were established. Based on this, the evaluation method of road use function was put forward. Then, During the period, the initial investment, daily maintenance and repair costs of the pavement were analyzed. The life cycle cost method was used to calculate the economic input in a certain analysis period. Finally, taking light and medium traffic as an example, Asphalt thicknesses were calculated and compared using road functions and costs. The results show that the 8 cm thick asphalt pavement has the highest value in light traffic and the largest 10 cm thick asphalt pavement in medium traffic.
