现代硬盘机和光盘机的定位系统执行机构一般采用音圈电机驱动。定位系统的工作性能与音圈电机的性能密切相关。音圈电机的力矩常数是反映音圈电机性能的主要结构参数,它的温度特性对系统的伺服控制有较大的影响。本文测量了音圈电机力矩常数随温度的变化关系,该测量结果对研究音圈电机伺服控制的温度补偿具有重要意义。
Modern hard disk drives and CD-ROM positioning system actuator generally used voice coil motor drive. Positioning system performance and voice coil motor performance are closely related. The torque constant of the voice coil motor is a major structural parameter that reflects the performance of the voice coil motor. Its temperature characteristics have a great influence on the servo control of the system. In this paper, the relationship between the torque constant of the voice coil motor and the temperature is measured. The measurement result is of great significance to the temperature compensation of the voice coil motor servo control.
