从丰田的“精益管理”到如今的农电精益化,精益的概念早已不是停留在消除生产中的浪费那么低层次了,随着时间的推移和应用领域的拓展,已上升为一种管理理念和管理文化,甚至上升至战略层面,成为众多管理者和企业追求的一种境界。农电管理曾长期处于粗放状态,既有其历史根源,也有体制机制性障碍,影响到精益理念的引入和落地。从粗放到精益,是社会的要求,也将是农电发展的必然,在农村电网硬件基础日臻完善的大环境下,追求精益管理的关键则在路径选择。
