基于控制—维护—管理集成系统(CMMS)的设计理念,滩坑水电站配置了先进的机组状态监测与分析系统。文中说明了配置该系统的必要性和重要性,详细阐述了该系统的分层分级结构特点,根据机组结构特点进行监测参数选取和布置的思路,以及整个系统实现的实时监测、故障分析诊断和设备性能评估功能。应用情况表明,该机组状态监测系统对机组的安全稳定运行发挥了重要作用,为实现机组的状态检修提供了决策参考。
Based on the design concept of Control-Maintenance-Management Integrated System (CMMS), Tankeng Hydropower Station is equipped with advanced unit condition monitoring and analysis system. The paper describes the necessity and importance of configuring the system, elaborates the hierarchical structure of the system in detail, selects and arranges monitoring parameters according to the characteristics of the unit structure, real-time monitoring of the whole system, fault diagnosis and diagnosis Equipment performance evaluation function.
