在近几年的工作中,通过对抽油井系统效率的全面测试、不同措施效果的统计、分析和评价,确定了机采系统效率的影响因素,其中电机电控是影响机采节能工作的重点,其次是泵的工作情况。吉林油田木南区表现出的主要问题就是单井产量低、泵效低、设备损耗及匹配问题,因此提高机采系统效率工作主要围绕电机、电控节能改造、低效井提高泵效和加强日常精细管理等方面开展工作,取得了预期效果。
