在现代管理体系中,绩效管理是一种较为先进、现代企业运用较为广泛的管理制度。煤矿企业的绩效管理强调企业员工与企业的管理者一起参与到其中,这项系统工程涉及到管理观念、管理方法与管理技巧等与管理相关的诸多方面。文章从介绍绩效管理的基本概况入手,进而具体探讨了我国煤矿企业中绩效管理存在的问题,再从绩效系统、绩效考核、绩效沟通等方面分析了如何在我国煤矿企业中加强绩效管理。探索出能使煤矿企业取得更高效的绩效管理,切实提高煤矿企业管理水平。
In the modern management system, performance management is a more advanced, modern management system more widely used. The performance management of coal mines emphasizes the participation of employees in the enterprise along with managers of the enterprise. The systematic project involves many aspects related to management, such as management concepts, management methods and management skills. This article starts with the introduction of basic performance management, and then discusses the problems in performance management in China’s coal mining enterprises. Then it analyzes how to strengthen performance management in China’s coal mining enterprises from aspects of performance system, performance evaluation and performance communication. Explore to enable coal mining enterprises to achieve more efficient performance management, and effectively improve the management level of coal mining enterprises.
