豆油类醇酸树脂乳液贮存稳定性研究发现,乳化剂的种类、含量,助溶剂的种类、含量,及醇酸树脂的链结构等对其贮存稳定性有较大的影响. 另实验还发现,NP-10是一种非常适合于制备醇酸树脂乳液的乳化剂,加入适量的这种乳化剂可获得稳定性良好的醇酸树脂乳液. 2-丁氧基乙醇是一种性能优异的助溶剂,加入适量的2-丁氧基乙醇即可显著增强醇酸树脂乳液的贮存稳定性. 同时还发现,具有适当酸值和羟值的醇酸树脂有利于制备稳定的醇酸树脂乳液. 适当地调整上述助剂的量可以制备出具有优异稳定性的醇酸树脂乳液.“,”Studies on the storage stability of alkyd emulsion show that the surfactant type and content, assistant solvent type and content, alkyd resin chain structure influence the storage stability strongly. NP-10 is a good surfactant for the preparation of soybean alkyd emulsion, alkyd emulsion with very good stability can be obtained using suitable content of this surfactant. 2-butoxylethanol (EB) is a very good assistant solvent for the alkyd emulsion, adding suitable content of EB into alkyd emulsion could improve its stability dramatically. An alkyd resin with suitable acid value and hydroxyl value is very helpful for the preparation of alkyd emulsions with good storage stability. Through adjusting the amount of assistants mentioned above, alkyd emulsions with excellent stability could be obtained.
