眼科应用显微手术约20年,近年来国外发展更加迅速,但我国眼科界尚未普遍开展。我院开展眼科显微手术1年余,取得良好效果,认为值得提倡推广,故报告如下。临床资料一、眼外伤:1.深层角膜异物取出例1:杨某,住院号127472。因右眼深层角膜异物于受伤后24天转入我院。右眼视力0.4~(-1),混合充血(廾),角膜于6点钟瞳孔下缘处,有一深层棕黄色异物,约1×2毫米,其后界达角膜内皮层。异物周围角膜实质浸润,荧光素染色阴性。受伤后30天,在手术显微镜下,自异物颞下方斜向切开角膜,深达异物,用异物针挑出异物。用8-0丝线缝合角膜1针。术后23天角膜伤口愈合,炎症消退,视力1.5。2.眼内后极部非磁性异物吸出例2:吴某,住院号125147。左眼内非磁性异物0.2×0.6×1.5毫米,位于视盘颞侧2PD 的玻

Cornea around the foreign body infiltration, fluorescein staining negative. Thirty days after the injury, the cornea was incised diagonally below the temporomandibular foramen under the surgical microscope, and the foreign body was as deep as possible, and the foreign body was singled out with a foreign body needle. Suture corneal 1 needle with 8-0 silk thread. Corneal wound healed 23 days after surgery, inflammation subsided, visual acuity 1.5.2.
