心理社团是中职学校开展心理健康教育的主体手段之一。行之有效的心理社团活动应充分发挥中职生心理发展的潜能,以点带面逐步协助开展全校的心理健康教育工作,发展学生特长、培养学生团队精神并提高学生的心理素质和社会适应能力。杭州市服装职业高中基于学校学生的身心特征和三年来心理社团的开展经验,针对心理社团订立发展目标,指导创新模式,希望能够通过丰富多彩的活动缓解中职生各种心理问题、促进社会心理发展,为中职生顺利度过后青春期提供一条有效的双向通道,形成心理社团的多元化教育作用。
Psychological community is one of the main means of carrying out mental health education in secondary vocational schools.
