文章的目的是判定核心力量训练对体育教育专业学生篮球项目中跳跃能力的影响效果。以10名大学体育教育专业篮球专项学生为研究对象,采用核心力量训练手段进行7周、每周3次训练。所有的学生都具有至少八年的篮球训练和比赛经验,测出在训练前后其反弹下落跳和跳投的跳跃高度及脚与地面的接触时间,进而得出以下结论:(1)核心力量训练能够显著地提高反弹垂直下落跳和跳投的跳跃高度;(2)核心力量训练能够显著缩短脚与地面的接触时间。这些结果表明核心力量训练可以有效提高参训人员的跳跃能力。
The purpose of this article is to determine the impact of core strength training on the ability to jump in the PE program for student basketball projects. Ten college physical education specialty basketball students were selected as the research object, and the core strength training method was used for seven weeks and three times a week for training. All students have at least eight years of basketball training and competition experience, measured before and after training its fall and jump jumper jump height and foot contact with the ground time, and then draw the following conclusions: (1) core strength training can Significantly increase the jump height of bouncing vertical drop-jump and jump shot; (2) core strength training can significantly shorten the contact time between foot and ground. These results show that the core strength training can effectively improve the ability of trainees to jump.
