摘 要：对我国竞技体操人才培养的社会化困境、社会化内容、社会化发展策略进行分析，旨在确立体操普及与提高协调发展思路，奠定体操群众基础，增强我国竞技体操的协调、可持续发展能力。分析结果显示：从参与主体的社会化和社会成员对体育的社会化需求双重视角审视，立足于竞技体操人才培养管理、培养主体、人才来源以及竞赛设施等方面的社会化发展，重在采取改善投资结构，增强教练员体操推广意识，加强学校体操开发力度等措施，积极培育体操社会基础。

Exploring the Socialized Development of the Training of China’s Gymnastics Talents

Abstract: The paper analyzes the difficulties, content and strategies of socialization of training of China’s competitive gymnastic talents to establish the concept of the universalization and coordinated development of gymnastic, lay a mass foundation for gymnastics and enhance the coordinated and sustainable development of China’s competitive gymnastics. The results indicate that, from the dual perspective of the socialization of the participation subjects and the demand of the social members to the socialization of sports, we should enhance the socialization development of the gymnastic talents training and management, training body, talent sources and competition facilities, focus on improving investment structure, strengthen the awareness of the coaches to universalize gymnastics, enhance the development intensity of school gymnastics so as to cultivate the social foundation of gymnastics.
