员工向公司申请提前终止劳动合同,公司先拒绝后又限时终止员工的工作,员工因此向公司要求生活补偿,从而引发一起劳动纠纷。劳动争议仲裁委支持其索偿要求,但被一审法院否决,员工上诉至市中级法院。
The employee applied to the company to terminate the labor contract early. After the company rejected the contract first, the employee was terminated from the employee for a limited time. Therefore, the employee demanded compensation for life from the company and triggered a labor dispute. The Labor Dispute Arbitration Commission upheld its claim but was rejected by the court of first instance and the employee appealed to the municipal intermediate court.
