目的:研究健脾消积方同步放化疗对中晚期食管癌患者的临床疗效及对外周血Th1/Th2的影响.方法:选取本院收治的100例的食管癌中晚期患者,随机分为2组,每组50例.对照组患者采用放疗联合DCF化疗方案治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上同步采用健脾消积方治疗,2组均以4周为1个治疗周期,化疗2个周期.比较治疗前后2组患者血清中IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10、IFN-y的水平;记录2组患者PFS及OS;比较治疗后2组的中医证候积分;对2组患者进行安全性评价.结果:治疗后观察组IL-6、IL-10及IL-4水平显著降低(P＜0.05),IL-2及IFN-γ则显著升高(P＜0.05);治疗后对照组IL-6、IL-10及IL-4水平显著升高(P＜0.05);IL-2及IFN-y则显著降低(P＜0.05).观察组患者治疗后的中医证候积分也较对照组降低的更为显著(P＜0.05);观察组的患者的PFS及OS均较对照组患者长(P＜0.05);观察组不良反应总发生频次显著少于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:健脾消积方可以提高中晚期患者食管癌患者的临床疗效,并且具体机制与调节外周血Th1/Th2比例有关.“,”Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of using Jianpi Jianpi Recipe combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer and the effect on peripheral blood Thl/Th2.Methods:100patients with advanced esophageal cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into 2groups,50cases in each group.Patients in the controlled group were treated with radiotherapy combined with DCF chemotherapy,while the observation group were treated with Jianpi Jianpi Recipe on the basis of the treatment of the controlled group.The 2groups were treated with 1 cycles for 4weeks,and 2cycles of chemotherapy.The serum levels of IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10and IFN-a gamma were compared between the 2groups before and after treatment.The PFS and OS of the 2groups were recorded.The TCM syndrome scores of the 2groups were compared.And the safety evaluation of the 2groups was carried out.Results:After treatment,the observation group IL-6,IL-10and IL-4were significantly decreased (P＜0.05),IL-2and IFN-a were significantly increased (P＜0.05).The controlled group after treatment of IL-6,IL-10and IL-4were significantly increased (P＜0.05).IL-2and IFN-a gamma decreased significantly (P＜0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the observation groups after treatment was more significantly decreased than the controlled group (P＜0.05).PFS and OS of the observation group were significantly lower than the controlled group patients (P＜0.05).The total frequency of occurrence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly less than the controlled group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Xiaoji Recipe can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with advanced esophageal cancer,and the specific mechanism is related to the regulation of peripheral blood Th1/Th2ratio.
