随着石油储量的下降和二氧化碳排放法规的日益严格,降低汽车燃油消耗的措施受到越来越多的关注。轻型商用车(LCV)行业正符合这一趋势。这些汽车通常用于城市运输,频繁的启停和制动工况使LCV注定成为混合动力传动系统的理想应用领域。混合动力系统的目标是使燃油消耗最少,二氧化碳排放最少,同时控制系统成本。本文提出了一种并联单离合器混合动力方案,分析了其功效,列出了典型行驶循环的实车测量数据,并提出了节约燃油的改进方法。
With the decline of oil reserves and the increasingly stringent regulations on carbon dioxide emissions, measures to reduce the fuel consumption of automobiles have drawn more and more attention. The light commercial vehicle (LCV) industry is in line with this trend. These vehicles are usually used for urban transport, frequent start-stop and braking conditions make LCV destined for a hybrid powertrain ideal for applications. The goal of hybrid systems is to minimize fuel consumption and minimize carbon dioxide emissions while controlling system costs. In this paper, a hybrid single-clutch hybrid scheme is proposed. Its effectiveness is analyzed. Actual measurement data of typical driving cycles are listed, and an improved method of saving fuel is proposed.
