科学技术的飞速发展给人们的生活带来了十分明显的变化,互联网信息技术催生了大数据时代的到来。对于企业来说,人力资源管理是企业运营过程中一项十分重要的工作,良好的人力资源管理工作质量对于企业的长远发展具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。笔者在深入分析企业人力资源管理工作特点的基础上,较为详细的阐述了大数据对于企业人力资源管理变革的意义和思考,希望对提升企业人力资源管理工作质量起到一定的积极作用。
The rapid development of science and technology has brought about a very significant change in people’s lives. Internet information technology has spawned the arrival of the era of big data. For enterprises, human resource management is a very important task in the operation of the enterprise. The quality of good human resources management has great theoretical and practical significance for the long-term development of the enterprise. On the basis of an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of enterprise human resource management, the author elaborated in detail the significance and thinking of big data for enterprise human resource management reform, and hoped to play a positive role in improving the quality of enterprise human resource management.
