研究温度、介质、湿度对巴西彩龟孵化的影响。结果表明:低温(<25±2>℃)诱导巴西彩龟胚胎性腺发育为雄性,高温(<30±1>℃)诱导性腺发育为雌性;适温范围(25~33℃)内,温度越高则胚胎发育所需时间越短,稚龟出壳越早。孵化前期(前30 d)温度控制在(32±1)℃,后期(出壳前25d)温度控制在(26±1)℃,既可缩短孵化时间,又能提高孵化率。孵化介质以粒径1.6~2.4 mm的河砂为最佳,孵化率78%;介质湿度以含水质量分数7%~10%为宜,孵化率74%。
The effects of temperature, medium and humidity on the hatching of Brazilian color turtles were studied. The results showed that gonadal development was induced in embryos of male Chilean chickens at low temperature (<25 ± 2> ℃), gonadal development was female at high temperature (<30 ± 1> ℃) The shorter the time required for embryo development, the earlier the hatchlings hatch. The temperature was controlled at (32 ± 1) ° C in the first 30 days of incubation and at (26 ± 1) ° C in the second (25 days before release), which shortened the incubation time and increased the hatching rate. Incubation medium with a particle size of 1.6 ~ 2.4 mm river sand for the best hatching rate of 78%; medium moisture content of 7% to 10% aqueous content is appropriate, the hatching rate of 74%.
