资源与环境是人类赖以生存和发展的基本条件 ,然而煤矿开采对地表环境和土地资源造成的破坏是极其严重的 .为从根本上解决这一问题 ,实现煤炭资源开采的可持续发展 ,提出了对煤矿采空区进行胶结充填的新思想 ,分别从胶结充填材料的选择、充填工艺与方案、经济评价 3个方面对煤矿胶结充填的可行性进行了探讨 .通过采空区的有效充填来控制岩层移动和地表变形 ,能够达到保护地表环境和土地资源的目的 .
