培养大班幼儿的任务意识是做好幼小衔接工作的一个重要方面,影响大班幼儿任务意识的因素主要有个体因素、教师因素和家长因素。教师在进行大班幼儿任务意识培养时应注意加强与家长的联系沟通,取得在幼儿任务意识培养上的一致性,同时有目的、有计划地开展一些专门的教育活动,帮助幼儿树立完成任务的意识,此外还要讲究布置任务的策略和方法,调动幼儿完成任务的积极性,并通过正确的评价,不断强化幼儿的任务意识。
