本文论述了信息技术的变迁,对咨询馆员的职业竞争力提出了要求,对信息咨询人员的职业竞争力提升与培养途径进行了初步探讨,认为信息咨询人员的职业竞争力应包括:图书馆学基本理论知识、信息咨询相关理论和方法、扎实过硬的专业技术知识和能力、不断学习和获取新知识的意识和能力、较强的团队精神与一定的沟通协调能力、一定的学术研究能力和创新能力等方面内容。
This article discusses the change of information technology, puts forward the requirements of the librarians’competitiveness, and probes into the ways to enhance the professional competitiveness of information consultants and the ways to cultivate them.
