中等肥力的土壤上栽培大豆、接种高效的根瘤菌株后,在大豆初花期追施少量氮肥,既能充分发挥根瘤菌的共生固氮作用,又可补充大豆生育后期根瘤固氮和土壤供肥的不足,满足果荚发育过程中对氮素营养的高需求,达到提高产量之目的。试验表明,初花期每亩施3公斤尿素(45公斤/公顷),保证大豆后期的良好生长和发育,促进对氮、磷肥的吸收利用,增加了植株和籽实中氮、磷的含量,提高了大豆的品质和营养价值,增产显著,每亩增产24.4公斤大豆(366公斤/公顷),经济效益高。
