储粮水分的多寡是影响粮食储藏安全的重要因素,因此及时、准确的测定储粮水分含量十分重要。电磁波具有很强的穿透性,能够在无损的情况下检测到粮堆内部的水分含量。本文主要是针对应用RIS-K2型雷达电磁波技术探测粮食水分-介电常数及其数学模型的研究,通过实地试验,采集、对比并分析了测试结果,试验表明了应用RIS-K2型雷达电磁波测量粮食水分介电常数,继而反演出储粮的含水量、实现粮仓中运用雷达电磁波测量粮仓水分的构想是可行性的,也是可靠的。
The amount of water stored grain is an important factor affecting the safety of grain storage, so timely and accurate determination of grain moisture content is very important. Electromagnetic waves are highly penetrating and can detect the moisture content inside the grain piles without damage. In this paper, the application of RIS-K2 radar electromagnetic wave technology to detect the grain moisture-dielectric constant and its mathematical model is mainly studied. The field test is used to collect, compare and analyze the test results. The experiment shows that using RIS-K2 radar electromagnetic wave measurement It is feasible and reliable to realize the concept that the dielectric constant of food moisture and then the water content of stored grain and realize the use of radar electromagnetic wave to measure the grain water in the granary.
