目的比较3 700m海拔驻防3个月与15个月军人认知功能的变化。方法采用自身前后配对设计,对22名驻防3 700m海拔3个月与15个月两个驻防时长男性新兵的8项认知功能指标进行对比研究,包括反应运动时、速度知觉、时间知觉、深度知觉、手臂稳定性、记忆广度、短时记忆、注意广度。结果男性新兵在3 700m海拔驻防15个月后,相比于3个月驻防时长,反应时延长(P<0.05),手臂稳定性下降(P<0.05),记忆力提高(P<0.05),深度知觉容易出现“看近”现象(P<0.05)。结论与3个月相比,15个月的高海拔驻防更为明显地损伤了军人的反应时、深度知觉、动作稳定性及注意广度。
Objective To compare the changes of military cognitive function between 3 months and 15 months at 3 700 m altitude. Methods Using the front-to-back pairing design, eight cognitive function indexes of 22 male recruits with two garrison stations at 3 700 m and 15 m 3 at the altitude of 3 700 m were compared, including reaction kinetic, speed perception, time perception, depth Perception, arm stability, memory breadth, short-term memory, attention breadth. Results After 15 months of resuscitation at 3 700 m, male recruits had longer response time (P <0.05), lower arm stability (P <0.05), higher memory (P <0.05) Perception easily “look near ” phenomenon (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with 3 months, the 15-month high-altitude garrison more significantly damaged the soldiers’ reaction time, depth perception, movement stability and attention span.
