介绍了辊式破碎机传动机构的发展与传动特征,对基于平面六杆机构的四齿轮传动机构进行了三维动画制作与运动仿真,展示了该种传动机构中心距变化量大的特点,它不仅结构简单,而且在空间上能够做到各个部分的等强度设计。
The development and transmission characteristics of the roller crusher transmission mechanism are introduced. The three-dimensional animation and motion simulation of the four-gear transmission mechanism based on the planar six-bar mechanism are demonstrated, which shows that the center distance variation of the transmission mechanism is large. Simple structure, but also in space to achieve the strength of the various parts of the design.
