有效地练习手段可以使学生较快、稳定、熟练地掌握正确的技术动作,提高运动成绩。我在多年的投掷教学中,发现抗阻力练习有着独特的作用。首先,抗阻力练习符合投掷项目的技术特点。它可以限制局部动作,造成其它运动器官的主动超前动作。例如,限制上体动作,使下肢动作主动形成超越器械。其次,投掷练习属于非周期性的爆发用力投掷器械的技术项目。技术教学的重点、难点基本上都在一定的有效做功距离内完成。所以,使用抗阻力练习解决教学
Effective means of practice can enable students to faster, stable, skilled grasp of the correct technical action to improve athletic performance. In years of throwing teaching, I found that resistance exercises have a unique role. First, anti-resistance exercises are in line with the technical characteristics of the throwing project. It can limit the local action, resulting in other sports organs take the initiative to move forward. For example, to limit the upper body movements, lower limb movements take the initiative to form beyond the device. Second, the throwing exercise is a non-cyclical force throwing equipment technical projects. The focus of technical teaching, the difficulties are basically completed within a certain effective distance. Therefore, the use of anti-resistance exercises to solve teaching
