目的:了解肿瘤细胞与活化B淋巴细胞的融合能否提高前者的免疫原性。方法:分别取亲本B16黑色素瘤和融合瘤细胞B16.B主动免疫同系小鼠,观察免疫小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞(SPL)对亲本瘤细胞体外再刺激的反应能力。结果:发现B16.B免疫小鼠SPL较B16免疫小鼠SPL有更明显的增生反应,同时前者还能分泌更高水平的细胞因子(IL2、IFNγ和TNFα)。结论:与亲本肿瘤相比,融合瘤细胞的免疫原性有明显提高
Objective: To understand whether fusion of tumor cells with activated B lymphocytes can increase the immunogenicity of the former. METHODS: Parental B16 melanoma and hybridoma cells B16 were taken. B. Actively immunized syngeneic mice and observed the ability of immune mouse spleen lymphocytes (SPL) to respond to re-stimulation of parental tumor cells in vitro. Results: Found B16. Compared with B16-immunized mice, SPL in B-immunized mice had more pronounced hyperplasia, while the former also secreted higher levels of cytokines (IL-2, IFN-gamma, and TNF-alpha). Conclusion: Compared with parental tumors, the immunogenicity of the hybridoma cells is significantly improved
