“以工助学”办学模式是广西中等职业学校的一种改革新探索,这一办学模式走出了一条校企合作、产教结合新的办学路子。不仅可以帮助困难学生通过劳动获得收入,减轻经济负担,又可以使学生工学交替,在生产和学习过程中熟悉生产情况,掌握工艺技能,获得适应生产环境、解决实际问题的能力。结合“以工助学”模式班级学生特点,对班级管理工作进行探索和思考。
“Work-study-aid ” mode of running a school is a new exploration of reform in secondary vocational schools in Guangxi. This mode of running school has stepped out of cooperation between schools and enterprises, combining education with education and new ways of running schools. Not only can it help poor students gain income through work, reduce their financial burden, but also make their students work alternately. They are familiar with the production situation during the production and learning process, master the process skills and acquire the ability to adapt to the production environment and solve practical problems. Combining with the characteristics of students in the mode of “work-study-aid” mode, we explore and think about class management.
