在社会飞速发展的大背景下,信息技术也在不断进步,档案管理也变得越来越系统化。在事业单位的发展过程中,传统档案管理模式已经无法适应当今社会的发展趋势。因此,相关管理人员应该迎合时代的发展,不断引进先进的管理模式,提高档案管理工作的整体效率。本文对办公室自动化对事业单位档案管理的影响进行了简单分析和研究,希望相关人员可以借鉴和采纳,从而进一步促进事业单位档案管理的良好发展。
With the rapid development of society, information technology is also progressing and file management has become more and more systematized. In the process of the development of public institutions, the traditional archives management model has been unable to adapt to the development trend of today’s society. Therefore, the relevant managers should meet the development of the times and constantly introduce advanced management models to improve the overall efficiency of the file management work. In this paper, the author analyzes and studies the influence of office automation on archives management in public institutions, and hopes that relevant personnel can learn from them and adopt them so as to further promote the sound development of archives management in public institutions.
