先天性听窗的骨性封闭的畸形甚为少见,这种畸形常无听骨链,术前诊断较为困难,然常能有耳廓外形,外耳道及鼓膜较正常为小,诊断一侧性畸形发现较晚,中耳功能测验出现声顺异常,镫骨肌反射消失,传导性耳聋气导损失常超过60分贝以上。作者设计了三节式人工蹬骨,用鼓膜前庭联合术,达到了良好的传音作用。所作4例均取得良好的实用听力,其中一例骨气导间距由55dB缩小为13dB。
