湖北省农业厅办公室发布《关于做好冬季低温雨雪冰冻天气防范工作确保全省蔬菜生产和市场稳定的通知》。预计湖北省大部这个冬季平均气温较常年同期偏低,冷暖变幅较大,期间有3～4次较强冷空气过程影响,并伴有阶段性雨雪过程。通知提出了蔬菜冻害防范措施:①及早加强防寒保温。对在园露地蔬菜要提前清沟排水,铺盖稻草、麦草等覆盖物保温,采取表面浮盖增温。对在园设施蔬菜,要采取多层覆盖,晚上多层覆盖保温,白天注意揭去棚膜
