作为人类社会心理和精神疾病,中国医学有没有对诸如“抑郁”与“焦虑”给出确定解释,这是我读中医医案时一个悬问。以身体症候为解释特征的中国医学,自然不会采用“抑郁”“焦虑”这样的名词,那么历代医案中可以指证这类疾病,最有可能在“情志”一门。但究竟哪些中医名词接近“抑郁”“焦虑”的现代医学之义,还难分辩。唯此之故,促使我来进一步讨论中国医学的情志观。 As a psychosocial and mental illness in human society, has China Medicine given definite explanations such as “depression ” and “anxiety ”, which is a question I asked when reading medical records. Chinese medicine, characterized by physical symptoms, will not naturally adopt such terms as “depression” and “anxiety.” In ancient medical records, however, such diseases are most likely to be identified, most likely in the “emotion” door. However, it is still hard to tell which Chinese medicine nouns approach the modern meaning of “depression” and “anxiety”. This is the only reason that prompted me to further discuss the concept of Chinese medicine.
