应用显微解剖和移植术 ,初步建立了 9 5日龄大鼠卵黄囊 (VYS)胎盘体外培养模型 ,并观察了同型半胱氨酸 (HCY)对VYS内吞功能及生长发育的影响。结果显示 :HCY可抑制VYS的内吞功能 ,实验组与对照组相比内吞指数明显下降 (P <0 0 1) ;HCY还可抑制VYS生长及其血管形成 ,实验组的VYS直径明显小于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结果提示 :VYS对胎盘内吞功能的损伤及对其血管形成分化的抑制作用 ,可能是HCY主要致畸机理之一。
The microscopic anatomy and transplantation were used to establish a placenta culture model of 95-day-old rat yolk sac (VYS). The effect of homocysteine (HCY) on endocytosis and growth of VYS was also observed. The results showed that: HCY can inhibit the endocytosis of VYS, the experimental group compared with the control group significantly decreased endocytosis index (P <0.01); HCY also inhibited VYS growth and angiogenesis, the experimental group VYS diameter was significantly smaller than the control Group (P <0 0 1). The results suggest that: VYS placental endocytosis damage and its role in the inhibition of angiogenesis, HCY may be one of the major teratogenic mechanisms.
