对光刻蚀纤维素软片进行了红敏染料敏化及电子供体增感研究,用K因子作为评价参数进行实验优化,获得了感光速度快、灵敏度较高的红敏实验配方,同时对亚甲基蓝(MB)染料的漂白机理及电子供体的增感机理进行了初步探讨.
Red-sensitive dye sensitization and electron donor sensitization were studied on the photolithographic cellulose film. The K-factor was used as the evaluation parameter to optimize the experiment. The sensitization rate and sensitivity of the red sensitive formula were obtained, (MB) dye bleaching mechanism and electron donor sensitization mechanism were discussed.
