虽然水混合切削液的良好冷却性能允许机床进行快速加工,但这种切削液对机床有不利的一面。而使用非乳化切削油虽对机床本身无损害,但冷却效果不理想,无法进行快速加工。本文就如何使冷却液有利于提高切削速度,又不损坏机床提出其观点。采用切削液可提高生产效率,降低成本,又可减少刀具的机械磨损,有助于形成工件良好的表面粗糙度。冷却性能好的切削液可使刀具得到冷却且在高速切削加工时保持自身硬度。切削液还可冷却工件,减少加工时产生的热膨胀。
