工作倦怠产生于长期的工作压力,表现为情绪、态度和行为的衰退状态,将直接导致出现情绪衰竭、去个性化和低成就感,教师是工作倦怠的高发人群。教师身上表现出的工作倦怠对学生的成长和发展有巨大的消极影响。关注中学政治教师工作倦怠的现状、消极影响、产生的根源与措施研究具有现实意义。通过对77名江西省中学政治教师进行的调查,结果表明,中学政治教师普遍存在着一定程度的工作倦怠状况;不同性别、年龄、学校的中学政治教师在情感衰竭层面上存在显著差异。
Job burnout is caused by long-term working pressure, manifested as the recession of emotions, attitudes and behaviors. It will directly lead to emotional exhaustion, personalization and low accomplishment, and teachers are the high-risk groups of job burnout. Job burnout shown by teachers has a huge negative impact on student growth and development. It is of practical significance to pay attention to the status quo, negative effects, causes and measures of job burnout of high school political teachers. Through the survey of 77 middle school political teachers in Jiangxi province, the results show that there is a certain degree of job burnout prevailing in secondary school political teachers. Secondary school political teachers of different gender, age and school have significant differences in emotional exhaustion.
